Financial and Insurance Information
We offer our patients several payment options:
- Payment in full at the time of service — check, cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) with discount.
- Interest-free payment option through Care Credit (three-month option, no minimum, or six-month option, $300 minimum).
- Flexible monthly payment options (interest-bearing) through Care Credit (minimum $1,000).
We can assist you with your insurance by requesting pre-determination or sending claims. It is important for you to be well informed about your own insurance plan.
